About The Role
Registix is the only liquidator with a vertically integrated freight brokerage — we move our own truckloads instead of handing them to a third party. Dispatch sits at the center of that.
You will source and book carriers, build and track loads, and keep vendors and buyers updated. Speed and communication are the whole job.
What You'll Do
- Source and book carriers for outbound truckloads
- Track loads door-to-door and flag exceptions early
- Coordinate dock schedules with warehouse leads
- Keep rates, confirmations and PODs clean in the system
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in dispatch, freight brokerage or carrier ops
- Comfortable working phones and a TMS all day
- Calm under a deadline; clear, fast communicator
- Charlotte-metro based — this role runs from the Cornelius office
